The following accessories are useful for every class in the game:

Cloud in a Balloon

The Cloud in a Balloon is a very useful accessory for movement. In addition to giving the player a 9-block high double jump, it also boosts your jump height by 33% and your jump speed by 30%, giving you a better way to dodge attacks. It is recommended to combine this accessory with wings and other mobility items as they stack.

Terraspark Boots provide the wearer with many buffs like speed and immunity to lava and fire blocks which is essential for fighting the Wall of Flesh. These buffs are:

  • 7 Seconds of Lava immunity when submerged
  • Gives the user the ability to walk on all liquids
  • Reduces Lava damage by half
  • Provides immunity to the Burning debuff on blocks
  • 8% faster movement speed
  • Improve player mobility on ice by reducing sliding. Also prevents thin ice from breaking.
  • A small amount of flight

The Terraspark Boots can be crafted by combining Frostspark Boots and Lava Waders at a Tinkerer’s Workshop

Fledging Wings are wings that allow the player to fly for a very short distance (maximum of 18 tiles). They can be obtained from Skyware Chests and Skyware Crates found on floating islands.

Fledgling Wings, like any other wings, can stack with the Terraspark Boots and the Cloud in a Balloon.

Stinger Necklace

The Stinger Necklace is an accessory that gives the player 5 armor penetration. It also gives the player the Honey buff (increases rate of life regeneration) and releases 1-4 bees when the user takes damage.

The Stinger Necklace can be crafted by combining the Shark Tooth Necklace with the Honey Comb at a Tinkerer’s Workshop.

The Shark Tooth Necklace has a 0.67% chance to be dropped by Blood Zombies and Drippers during a Blood Moon.

  • The Stinger Necklace can be stacked with the Shark Tooth Necklace, giving the player 10 armor penetration in total.

It can be found in an Ivy Chest in a Living Mahogany Tree or as loot from Bramble and Jungle Crates.

Obsidian Shield

The Obsidian Shield gives the user 2 defense, as well as making them immune to knockback and the Burning Debuff. This is especially useful when fighting the Wall of Flesh or exploring the Underworld.

It can be obtained as a rare drop from Blood Zombies and Dripplers during the Blood Moon. (0.67%)

Magiluminescence

The Magiluminescence increases the player’s movement speed by 20% and doubles both acceleration and deceleration. This is very useful for dodging attacks, which is essential for boss fights as a Ranger.

The Band of Regeneration increases the player’s health regeneration rate by 0.5 health per second, which is useful for the Mage class in particular as they don’t usually have very high defense.

They can be found in Gold Chests Underground and in Living Mahogany trees.

Magiluminescence
